• Fees are charged per day and include the days of delivery and collection
• Pets must be vaccinated for distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parvovirus and parainfluenza.
o Dogs must also be vaccinated for kennel cough.
• All vaccines must be carried out at least 14 days prior to the start of the boarding dates.
• Vaccination cards must be bought when your pets come to stay so we can check the date of the vaccines. We reserve the right to refuse any pet where we have not seen the vaccination card.
• If a dog is not collected within 14 days of the agreed end date and we have not been able to contact the owner we reserve the right to send the animal to a shelter or warden at our own discretion.
• While every effort is made to ensure a happy stay for your pet it must be understood pets are boarded at the owners own risk.
• We reserve the right to refuse any animal that we believe is not suitable for our own kennels including but not limited to illness or behavioural problems.
• We reserve the right to cancel any current boarding if a animal proves beyond the ability of our staff to handle in a safe or controlled manor. In this instance we will contact the owner/emergency contact to find a solution.
• If your pet gets sick and we cannot contact the owner we reserve the right to seek treatment for the animal from a vet of our own choosing.
• All customer data is kept in compliance with the General Data Protection Act.
• We reserve the right to refuse any males who are not neutered or females who are not spayed.
• No refunds are provided for any items (toys, bedding etc) that are lost or damaged during your pets stay, they are provided at your own risk.
All the above terms and conditions are in effect while your pet is boarding with us.
